NFPA 1003 AIRPORT FIREFIGHTER
This training program is designed to provide response personnel or company personnel with the skills and knowledge required for certification to Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) as described in Chapter 5 of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1003, Standard for Airport Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications (2019 ed.). This course is IFSAC accredited, providing internationally recognized certification for Emergency Response Professionals. Delegates must undergo examination and skills evaluation, which if completed successfully will result in IFSAC Certification.

Pre-Requisite Training
NFPA 1001 Firefighter I/II / or equivalent experience
Practical: Experiential learning and demonstration the range of competencies required by a qualified firefighter
Assessment: Continuous performance assessment, followed by debriefing of command exercises, carried out by senior instructional staff.
