STCW95 Advanced Fire Fighting Training Course
This model course aims to provide the training in advanced fire fighting in accordance with section A-V1/3 of the STCW Code. The emphasis of the training is in organisation, tactics and command.
COURSE OUTLINE Competence 1: Control fire – fighting operations aboard ship Competence 2: Organise and train fire parties Competence 3: Inspect and service fire detection and extinguishing systems and equipment Competence 4: Investigate and compile reports on incidents involving fire.
